Cheese Tasting, 1900hrs, Friday 8 July, Coniston Institute,
Yewdale Road, Coniston. Unveiling and naming of the newly created
Coniston cheese, matured in Ruskin’s ice cave. Led by artist
Fernando Garcia Dory and talk by food historian Ivan Day.
