In 2003 Dominic researched an automaton (an animated sculptural object which lit up when money is put into it) in conjunction with Satterthwaite School. He also came first in a dance off at ‘Let’s Get Married Today’, with crowd-pleasing stunts and cash bribes.
Dominic specialises in self-referential, kitsch, fairground-looking sculptures. He proclaims to be "obsessed" with Luton.
